On September 22, 2024, the 4th Guangdong Quality Summit with the theme of "Strengthening Quality Support and Building a Quality Strong Country" was grandly held at the Huangpu International Convention Center in Guangzhou. This summit is guided by the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Intellectual Property Office) and hosted by the Guangdong Southern Product Quality Research Institute. Nearly 600 leaders from Guangdong Province and Guangzhou Market Supervision Administration, as well as representatives from various industries and enterprises, attended the summit. The summit aims to strengthen enterprise quality management and discuss the development of quality construction in Guangdong.

       Liu Yinghui, a second level researcher from the Advertising Supervision and Management Department of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Zhou Xiang, a third level researcher from the Product Quality and Safety Supervision and Management Department of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Wu Ruiguang, Deputy Director of the Product Quality and Safety Sampling and Monitoring Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, Chen Quan, Director of the WTO/TBT Notification Consulting Research Center of Guangdong Province, and Li Linjie, Vice President of the Guangdong Southern Product Quality Research Institute, delivered speeches or speeches respectively.
